Our Mission

 

Women of Good Work is a ministry that comes alongside women in every sphere of vocation — business, education, healthcare, government, the arts, and beyond — to foster spiritual growth, meaningful community, and create Kingdom impact in the workplace.

Our Vision is to see a growing movement of women living out their God-given calling and experiencing a greater feeling of purpose in their place of work. Bringing spiritual influence, excellence, courage and Kingdom impact into their workplaces that will aid in transforming communities and the city.

Who We Are

  • To help women:

    • see their work as service to God and neighbor,

    • find meaning beyond productivity and profit,

    • navigate ethical tensions with wisdom and courage,

    • and faithfully live out their calling wherever God has planted them.

  • We focus on three core areas:

    1. Connection

      • We believe in the power of community. Something powerful happens when women with shared faith and values gather together with a desire to honor God and influence the world around them for good.

    2. Equipping

      • We provide tools, resources, and encouragement to help women grow spiritually, discover deeper purpose in their work, and make a meaningful impact for God’s Kingdom within their spheres of influence.

    3. Impact

      • We believe every woman has been uniquely positioned by God to make a difference. Through faithful leadership, meaningful relationships, and everyday acts of obedience, women can bring hope, purpose, and Kingdom impact to the places where they live, work, and serve.

  • Women of Good Work was born from a simple conviction: faith was never meant to be separated from our everyday work. After decades of balancing career, family, leadership, and faith, our founder began to recognize how God had been preparing her all along — not only to lead in the workplace, but to help other women discover their own calling and purpose within it.

    In 2021, God placed a vision on her heart to create a community where women from every profession could come together to be encouraged, equipped, and inspired to live out their faith with confidence. What began as a stirring has grown into a mission to help women see their workplaces as places of ministry and their work as an opportunity to glorify God.

    Today, Women of Good Work exists to connect women, equip them for faithful leadership, and encourage them to boldly walk in the good works God has prepared for them.
