JESUS IS THE CENTER

 

We believe our identity and purpose are found first in Jesus Christ, Son of God. Everything we do flows from a growing relationship with Him and a desire to honor Him in every area of life and work.  (Col 1: 16-17, John 14:6, Eph 1: 9-10, Gal 2:20, John 15:5, Heb 12:2, Acts 4:12)

 

GOD’S WORD IS TRUTH

 

Truth is found in the bible.  It is the living, breathing and active Word of God.  It was written under the inspirational guidance of the Holy Spirit. (2 Tim 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Prov 30:5)

 

OUR WORK IS WORSHIP

 

We believe God intentionally places each woman in unique spheres of influence and calls her to faithfully serve Him there. Every vocation has dignity and can become an expression of worship and service. (Gen 2:15, Col 3:23-24, Psm 90:17, Col 3:17)

SPIRITUAL GROWTH DESIRED

 

We believe women are called to continually grow in wisdom, character, and spiritual maturity. As we abide in Christ, He shapes us to lead and serve with courage, humility, and grace.  (2 Peter 3:18, Col 2:6-7)

 

COMMUNITY IS PARAMOUNT

 

We believe we are stronger together. Through meaningful relationships, encouragement, accountability, and shared experiences, we help one another faithfully walk out God’s calling. (Prov 27:17, Heb 10:24-25, 1 Cor 1:10, Matt 18:20, Rom 1:11-12, 1 Cor 12:25-27)

 

KINGDOM IMPACT

 

We believe God uses ordinary acts of faithfulness to accomplish extraordinary things. Our desire is to bring the love, truth, and hope of Christ into our workplaces, communities, and city for His glory.  (Matt 5:16, Eph 2:10)
